VP for Teams

Evelyn Grace Landas is a Sales and Account Management Professional with over 7 years of experience in the remote offshoring industry and specializes in Sales and Negotiation, Service Delivery, Process Mapping and Improvement, and People Management.

• Acey started out as an Executive Assistant 7 years ago to the VP of Sales, Thomas Cragg.

• Paving the way for her professional growth, she slowly made her way up to Account Manager

• She was then later promoted to an Area Sales Manager

• As she contributes to many significant milestones over the years, she is later entrusted with the role of Vice President for KMC Teams

 

Gregory Kittelson
Director & Co-Founder

Originally from Rhode Island, USA and living in Manila for 17 years.

• Former COO of IT Outsourcing Companies, FMB Software & FBM e-Services

• Co-Founder of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting.

• Co-Founder of KMC Savill

• Very active with foreign chambers, IT-BPO & Tech Startup Community

Originally from Oregon, USA and living in Manila for 13 years.

• Former Country Manager of software company, Cambria.

• Deep experience in lease negotiations.

Tracy Ignacio
Chief Operating Officer

Tracy Ignacio brings over a decade of professional experience, having gained over 7 years of public accounting experience both here and abroad.

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University in 2003

• Passed the CPA Board Examination immediately thereafter

• External auditor at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms - PriceWaterhouseCoopers Philippines

• Senior Auditor for BDO USA, LLP

• Finance Manager for Fonality Philippines, Inc.

• Currently the Finance Director for KMC Solutions

CEO of KMC TEAMS

Experienced leader with 25+ years in the BPO industry, driving operational excellence, expansion, and client satisfaction.

• Former executive leader for BPO, offshoring, and outsourcing businesses.

• Demonstrated track record in streamlining processes and boosting efficiency.

Tom Cragg
Senior VP for Sales

Tom Cragg brings over 5 years of professional experience in business development to KMC Solutions.

• Operations Manager, responsible for over 100 members of staff

• Previously worked for a successful, British-owned BPO Company

• 15 years of experience in scaling up high-performing teams in the Philippines

• 4 years experience in customer relations and account management, strong rapport with clients

• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification

 

Nancy Martinez-Arce
VP for Legal & Administration

Nancy Martinez-Arce is KMC MAG Solutions' Vice President for Legal and Administration and is one of the professionals involved in providing legal guidance for KMC MAG Group and its clients.

• Holds a BA Political Science and Government degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Juris Doctor Degree of Law from Ateneo Law School

• Ensures the legality of commercial transactions

• Advises the corporation and the clients on their legal rights and duties

• Helps clients achieve their business goals while ensuring they are within bounds set by the law

Gian Reyes is a digital marketing expert with over 10 years of experience, founding Disruptive Media, Wherever.ph, and Delish Group

• Has founded boutique digital marketing agencies both in Australia and the Philippines

• Collaborated with some of the biggest international heritage brands and household names

• Led teams that produced multimillion-dollar revenues

• Currently the VP for Marketing, elevating the brand of KMC Solutions

VP for Enterprise

KC Tamayo-Gamboa an experienced Sales Leader with a demonstrated history of working in Office Fit-Out and Plug and Play Office Industry.

• She additionally possesses industry knowledge on Broadcast Television, media, and video production, as well as business development.
