Employee Onboarding

I want to start my employee as soon as possible; however, he/she has not yet completed his/her primary requirements. Can you make exceptions for him/her to commence?

Certainly, but not always. There are alternatives, such as signing an undertaking or offering a signing bonus, but we should limit their use. Both KMC and the Client must agree to the potential risk of hiring someone who may have negative records and could be unsuitable for the job.
