1. What is Sprout?
Sprout is our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and KMC’s partner for payroll and timekeeping processes.

2. Who should have approver access to Sprout?    
Access to Sprout is typically granted to immediate managers or roles that involve approving attendance applications or overseeing attendance. If your responsibilities include these tasks, you will need access to Sprout.

3. Can multiple approvers be assigned in Sprout?
Yes, Sprout allows for multiple approvers to be assigned for attendance and other HR-related tasks. This enables flexibility, especially in cases where team leads or different levels of management need to approve attendance or other employee requests. The system can be configured to accommodate the approval workflow that best fits your organization's needs.

4. Is there a Sprout Walkthrough?
Yes, your assigned HRBP will schedule a walkthrough at a time that is convenient for you. This session will guide you through the features and functions of Sprout to ensure you're comfortable using the system.
