1. What type of physical security do you have on your doors? All entrances, whether common or private, are equipped with biometric devices that can be accessed using either a fingerprint or an RFID card.
2. What is the process for revoking or suspending access, including biometrics? Requests typically originate from HR, often due to offboarding, leave, or other issues. HR notifies the IT team to initiate the access removal process. IT deactivates system access within 24 hours, and HR receives confirmation once all access has been revoked.
3. Can we have access to your server room/data center? Access to our server rooms or data centers is restricted to KMC staff. However, we can accompany clients who require access to their equipment.
4. Can we have a copy of our IN/OUT logs? Certainly, daily log extraction incurs a fee, but a weekly extraction is provided at no cost.
