1. How much bandwidth do you have?

We have two connections linked to our two separate data centers, each with a maximum throughput of 750 Mbps. These connections provide redundancy for each site in both directions. Additionally, we have a total bandwidth capacity of 4 Gbps across our two data centers, with each data center having 2 Gbps. This bandwidth is shared among all locations.

2. Can we subscribe to our own ISP?

Certainly, clients are allowed to bring their own circuits. However, any telecommunications equipment installed in our server room or data center will be subject to a monthly charge for the rack space.

3. Can we bring our own network devices and put them in our rooms?

Certainly, clients are permitted to bring their own network devices, but we mandate that they be installed in our server rooms or data centers.

4. Can we set up a VPN tunnel?

Certainly, KMC is available to help establish a VPN tunnel.

5. Can we have our own SSID?

Clients are allowed to have their own SSID for a monthly charge.
