Contract Signing Process Guide

Job Offer to Employment Contract Issuance

After the request is submitted to the portal, the following process will guide the Job Offer and Contract Issuance:

1. The job offer will be released for signatures once the three layers of approval in the system have been completed.

2. Once the job offer is signed, the system will automatically forward the candidate to the onboarding coordinator for assistance in completing pre-employment requirements.

3. Upon completion of these requirements, contract management will be prompted to issue the employment contract. Three internal authorized signatories must sign the contract before the candidate is notified for review and signing.
