New Hire is Not Compliant with the Onboarding Process

A. Active Onboarding Phase: Non-compliance before the joining date.

  1. Notify TA (E2E) or CSM (CO) first before reaching out to the Client.
  2. Contact the Client to address onboarding issues like non-compliance or lack of response and decide on the next steps, which may include retracting the offer (the client should remind their contract-only hires).
  3. After retraction is confirmed, notify TA (E2E), CSM, CM, and HRDT.

B. Hired phase (post-hire date):

  1. Track commitment dates according to the signed promissory note.
  2. Send follow-up reminders via email.
  3. Non-compliant employees will be directed to HR for disciplinary measures.
