New Hire is Not Compliant with the Onboarding Process
A. Active Onboarding Phase: Non-compliance before the joining date.
- Notify TA (E2E) or CSM (CO) first before reaching out to the Client.
- Contact the Client to address onboarding issues like non-compliance or lack of response and decide on the next steps, which may include retracting the offer (the client should remind their contract-only hires).
- After retraction is confirmed, notify TA (E2E), CSM, CM, and HRDT.
B. Hired phase (post-hire date):
- Track commitment dates according to the signed promissory note.
- Send follow-up reminders via email.
- Non-compliant employees will be directed to HR for disciplinary measures.
