1. Do you hire temporary or seasonal workers?
Our main focus is on hiring for permanent positions, but we do accommodate fixed-term and project-based roles, typically for clients with administrative and seasonal needs.

2. What is your Turn-Around-Time (TAT) to complete the hiring process?
For non-technical roles, our turnaround time is 30 days, while for technical roles, it is 45 days. Additionally, the onboarding process takes 7 to 10 days, which includes the submission of pre-employment requirements and background checks.

3. How many days should we expect for candidate endorsement?
Following the calibration call, we will send endorsements within 24 to 72 hours, contingent on the complexity of the role. You can be confident that we will keep you informed about the progress of our sourcing activities.

4. Do you offer assessments for the candidates?
Yes, we offer an AI-based assessment named "Zenhire," which can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.

5. How can I access the candidate's resume?
The candidate’s profile is available in the Hub.
To access it, go to Teams > Job Opening, select the relevant position, and enter the candidate’s name in the search bar.
You’ll find their assessment and notes within their profile as well.

6. How can I access the Interviewer's feedback?
In the candidate's profile, you will find a "Discussion" tab. Click on it to leave your feedback in the discussion section.

7. Is it possible to assign the contract approver to a different manager?
Certainly, you have to log-in first to KMC Hub. When you are prepared to select "HIRE NOW," a field will appear allowing you to designate an approver. Choose a manager from the dropdown list provided.

8. How can I approve a contract?
First, log in to KMC Hub. Go to Teams > Contract Management, and type the candidate's name into the search bar. You'll find the Approval button next to your name. Review the candidate's compensation and benefits, then decide whether to Approve or Decline.

9. Do the figures in the salary guide represent the total cost?
No, this serves merely as a reference to understand the typical monthly salary expectations of the candidate. Your CSM or Sales Manager can provide a complete cost breakdown.

10. Is it possible to withdraw the requirement I originally submitted?
Withdrawing the requirement you submitted through MRF might lead to cost implications. Please check the SLA you signed or reach out to your CSM about the exclusivity clause.
