Urgent Request to Work On-site from Work from Home Employee
If a client needs an employee to report on-site instead of work from home, the following steps should be taken:
1. Client Request Submission: The client must formally request the on-site work arrangement through their Client Services Manager, specifying the reason, duration, and any special requirements.
2. Employee Notification: KMC will inform the employee about the request, including the work schedule, location, and any necessary preparations.
3. Workstation & IT Setup: KMC will arrange the necessary workstation, network access, and any additional support needed for the transition.
4. Compliance & Confirmation: Once logistics are finalized, KMC will confirm the employee’s schedule, access guidelines, and any other relevant policies.
